We had our first family adventure to Orlando 2 weeks ago. We spent four days in a house with Scott’s family so we could let Lily meet the rest of the family and see everyone again. The flight down went very well, and the flight back went well enough. I’m so thankful she isn’t walking yet!
While we were there we went to Epcot and Lily did great. She loved looking around at all the new things. The other highlight was going swimming. She wore her little tankini, which I had to show off to everyone in the pictures below. The ruffle butt is just too much!!! We went in the not-so-hot-tub (more luke warm) which was perfect and Lily loved the bubbles so much that nobody could see her face. It was pretty funny.
Since we’ve been back Lily is trying more new things. We are trying to introduce her to rice cereal. The first attempt last weekend was not so good. But this morning she did much better, she may have even swallowed some. It is a whole new experience sitting in the high chair too, I think getting used to that is an obstacle all by itself. Lately she is very interested in rolling over. You can see her back bend (if only I could do that in yoga…) and she is getting closer and closer every day. She can roll from her front to her back, and seems to almost enjoy tummy time now. She is an expert at spitting and blowing raspberries.

Marc liked the last picture of her bending over… he said “If you look at that and didnt know that it was a carpet.. it almost looks like a wall and she is doing a backflip!!” hahah wow.. Its been a long weekend!!!
