Lily has been very busy learning new things. She is bigger: at her last checkup she weighed 14lbs and 5oz, she is 26 inches long. It really is unbelievable to see her grow into this little person. She loves to smile and play. This past week she started to make her “crazy face”. Somehow I managed to capture it this weekend – it cracks us up every single time. A lot of the time she sticks her tongue out the side of her mouth and bits it with her gums. Crazy.
She is using her high chair to eat now and she hasn’t refused a fruit or vegetable yet. Although Lily prefers to stand up with help or play in her new car, she is slowly getting better at sitting up. Here is the first time she sat up all by herself. She loves the texture of the carpet! Today she got her 6 month pictures taken and she did very well, in a few weeks I’ll post the photo shoot. Hope every one had a great 4th of July!
